Purchase Price:
Prices are listed in our Website, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make adjustments to all pricing, products and service offerings for any reason including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuations, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisement(s). Some products may not be exactly as shown. All orders are subject to product availability. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill and/or complete the customer's order. Payment is due before shipment.
Sales and Use Taxes:
We collect sales and use taxes for sales shipped to the state of California. Additional states may be added without notice.
Note/Sales Tax:
Please report errors in any sales tax to Weigle Tech before a purchase is made. We are not responsible for any overcharge or undercharge in sales tax after the transaction is complete.
Note/E-Waste Recycling Fees:
ALL CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS will be charged an E-Waste Recycling Fee on certain video display devices, it's the law. The fee will not show up through our websight at all. You may notice a small difference when you're account is charged. The E-Waste Recycling Fees are (4 inches less than 15 inches = $8.00) (15 inches or more, less than 35 inches = $16.00) (35 inches or more = $25.00)
Attention California Residents:
California residents are responsible for their sales and/or use tax on what they purchase this includes shipping and handling, which is taxable on any orders within the state. For Example: The statewide base tax rate is 7.25% and the sales tax rate in the customer’s area is 8.25%, which would be the area the customer is currently having the product(s) shipped to and/or plan on using the merchandise. If on the customer’s invoice he/she is only charged 7.25% in sales tax, then they would be responsible for the difference of 1%.
Shipping Information:
Weigle Tech will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, which does not necessarily equal a direct pass-though of such costs to the customer. Weigle Tech charges shipping and handling fees, which the customer is responsible for unless there is a special promotional term that provides otherwise. Weigle Tech will not ship to any P.O. Boxes. We reuse any packing supplies that we may have, which may include boxes, paper and other related items. Weigle Tech feels that as long as the material is in good condition and doesn’t look terrible, it can be used again. This practice helps the environment and keeps the cost of packaging down, which in return the customer saves money. Please allow between two (2) or three (3) weeks for delivery. After that time if the order has not been received, please contact us.
Note:
(Most of the companies on the internet drop ship.) We drop ship most of our products.
Warranties and Disclaimers:
The customer (purchaser) has full responsibility of any items purchased once shipped, not Weigle Tech. There are no warranties implied on any product(s) and/or service(s) sold by Weigle Tech, unless it is in a separate written contract between the customer (you, and/or purchaser) and the seller (Weigle Tech). Some products may have some sort of warranty, but that is between the purchaser and the manufacturer of such, not Weigle Tech. Weigle Tech is not responsible for any damage arising out of any installation or otherwise from all products sold, this consists of and are not limited to acts of nature, fires, burnouts, shortages, damaged hardware, system failures, loss of data and/or anything related to such problems, hire a professional.
Service Contracts:
Weigle Tech does not offer any mobile and/or land line services for any phone(s) that is sold. That is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation of order Policies:
All returns and/or cancellation of any order require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by us within twenty-one (21) days of the invoice date. You must ship the products to Weigle Tech within five (5) days of the date that Weigle Tech issues the Return Authorization. At Weigle Tech's discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices do to bundled and/or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions. Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition (Software, Games, Movies and/or Music unopened) along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment. Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Restocking Fees and Nonrefundable Portion of Sale:
Unless the return is a direct result of a Weigle Tech error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software, games, movies and/or music still in its/their sealed package. Any shipping and handling, including sale taxes that are associated with such costs are nonrefundable; this cost will not be included in any part of the refund unless there was an error.
Note:
Before you ship the product(s) to us, whether it is internal or external, make sure to back up all data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s) in the product(s). Remove any confidential or personal information and removable media such as floppy disks, CDs, or PC Cards. We are not responsible for any of your confidential or personal information including lost or corrupted data; or damaged and/or lost removable media.
